Welcome To Underground Computers Inc. Thank you for your interest in joining our reseller network that spans the globe. We want you to know as much about us as possible before coming on board. Underground Computers Inc. (UCI) is a computer wholesaler located in Wyoming, Michigan. We have been in business since 1989, and have an inventory in excess of 3,000 computers on hand at any given time. We are not brokers as we sell only what is in our inventory. Policies: We will need your company information including shipping address, phone number, fax number, billing address, and contact name included with your reseller’s license or tax ID#. All first time transactions are done via COD Certified Check, Wire Transfer, or major credit card. All fully-refurbished products are sold with a factory warranty of varying length dependent on the manufacturer. These products come with varying accessories, ac-adapters, and license. All drivers and media are preloaded on the operating system. If you want to receive our product offerings please send your e-mail address to sales@undcom.com. All products bought from our off-lease offerings are sold as-is with a 30 day DOA warranty. There are customarily no warranties regarding off-lease battery condition. We can drop ship for you but we request a PO prior to shipping with all address information to eliminate any potential problems. We will need to receive payment prior to completion of any drop ship to your clients. All RMA’s are shipped back to us at your expense. Upon receipt of your product we will review, repair or replace the unit in a timely manner normally not exceeding 3 business days. All repairs on computers are done in house by our qualified A+ certified technicians. UCI will cover all return shipping expenses unless expedited shipping is requested.
